Before a vial reaches your lab, its batch goes to an independent U.S. laboratory for HPLC-UV purity analysis and LC-MS identity confirmation. Here is exactly how that works, from lot number to published report.
Watch how every batch is handled, tested and documented before it reaches your lab.
Six steps every batch follows before it ships.
Each production batch receives a unique lot number. It’s printed on every vial label and carried through to that batch’s Certificate of Analysis, so a vial can always be traced back to its report.
Batch trackingSamples from the batch are sent to an independent, third-party laboratory in the U.S. The testing is done by the lab, not in-house, so the results aren’t ours to grade.
Third-partyHigh-performance liquid chromatography separates the target compound from anything else in the sample. UV detection then measures what percentage of the sample is the compound itself. That number is the purity on the report.
Purity %Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry checks that the molecule’s measured mass matches the expected compound. Purity tells you how clean a sample is; identity tells you it’s the right compound.
IdentityResults are issued as a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis and added to our COA library, searchable by compound or by the lot number on your vial.
Public reportVials are sealed and packed in Elev-8 Labs retail packaging. Orders placed before 3PM EST ship the same day, with tracking sent by email.
Same-day shippingFour things to check on every report.
The share of the sample that is the target compound, measured by HPLC-UV. Our standard is 99%+.
Confirmation by LC-MS that the molecule’s mass matches the expected compound. Without it, purity alone is half the picture.
The measured amount of compound in the vial, in mg, so you can compare it with what the label states.
The batch ID that ties a report to the vial in your hands. Always match it to the lot printed on your label.

Testing only matters if the results are easy to check. These are the rules every Elev-8 Labs batch follows.
Example values from a published Elev-8 Labs report. See the COA library for every lot.
Search the COA library by compound or by the lot number printed on your vial.
