01. Are these products for human consumption?

No. All compounds sold by Elev-8 Labs are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not drugs, supplements, or medical products and are not for human or veterinary administration. Purchasers must be qualified researchers and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Yes. Every product is sold with a Certificate of Analysis available on request. The COA documents purity (HPLC), identity confirmation (mass spectrometry), lot number, test date, and the testing laboratory. Email support@elev-8labs.com with your order number to request the COA for any vial you have received.

Lyophilized peptides are shipped from our Florida facility via USPS or UPS Priority within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. All temperature-sensitive vials ship inside insulated cold-pack mailers. On arrival, lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for short periods but should be stored at –20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as Apple Pay and other supported digital wallet payment options. Available payment methods will be displayed securely during checkout. All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is being evaluated; check back for updates or email support@elev-8labs.com to be notified when international shipping is enabled for your country.

We replace or refund any shipment that arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a COA discrepancy. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@elev-8labs.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Because of the controlled nature of the inventory, opened or used vials are not eligible for return. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
