Common Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.
Which shipping options do you offer?
We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Choose Standard (3–5 business days), Priority (2–3 business days) or Overnight (1 business day) at checkout.
Do you offer bulk or lab pricing?
Multi-vial discounts apply automatically on product pages. For larger lab orders, send us a message with the compounds and quantities you need and select Bulk / lab order.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
Every product page has a CoA button showing the third-party test results for the current lot, including HPLC purity, heavy metals, sterility and endotoxin. Need a specific lot? Send us a message.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Every order includes free shipment protection for packages damaged in transit or confirmed lost by the carrier. Email support@elev-8labs.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered; we’ll help you open a claim with the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, and internationally to select countries. Reach out with your destination and we’ll confirm availability.
